FINALLY GOT DYNO NUMBERS!

Sorry everyone. Life got really busy the last month. Finally got the car on the rollers.

Made 1011whp, 975wtq on a dynojet on only 14 degrees of timing, pump e85

Set up is as follows:
Completely stock internals,cam etc
Kong 2650 with 130mm TB
22ish psi on a 2.35 upper only(I'm high elevation)
Long tube headers
Awe track exhaust
Bwoody street heat exchange
BMR Ice Tank
Dual pumps
Injectors

I spoke to my tuner and we are going to turn it up a bit more on some canned ethanol so I'll update when we re-dyno. Very happy with the results so far!

Nice!!! Looking at that Dyno graph looks like you were probably having a lot of Belt slip going on? How was the dust around the pulley? I know a couple guys that are having issue with that. They even tried using Kong‘s new 2 pulley idler system and it still giving issue with Belt slip.

Yup struggling with a little belt slip. I'm also running an AAD idler but still see dust. Going to have to see if the Kong dual idler can help since I'm only running upper.

Disclaimer I built the motor to handle 1200+ but I am still on 93 pump, I drive this car daily so I wanted a reliable street car and when i want to turn it up I can by adding bigger injectors. I drive my Hellcat everywhere she doesn't sit in the garage. I drove it 4hrs away to HHP to have it retuned and drove back all in the same day and the blower did GREAT. Below is my setup and what it made on HHP's dyno. So if any is looking to add this blower here is something to look at and gauge. It cost me a little over $8K for installation and tuning

Current Step-up
2021 hellcat
Carrillo rods & pistons
HHP custom cam
HHP Dual fuel pump
HHP/ BES Ported head
ARP Studs
Springs & retainers
Kong 2650
Kong upper pulley
Nick Williams 108 TB
JLT Intake
1050cc injectors
Super damper balancer (OEM)
Stock Exhaust
93 pump gas

Car made
760Whp (3.50 pulley 13lbs boost)
874WHP (3.25 pulley 16lbs boost)
903WHP (3.00 pulley 19lbs boost)

Could you explain your math, bare 2650 blower is over 6k?

$5,999 kong 2650
$140 new plugs
$1000 tuning
$150 x2 3.25 & 3.00 pulley
$300 LMK intake that fits a Whipple with bigger TB (old JLT was to long)
$51 Green Belt
$1000 Labor

19 lbs of boost and 903 whp on 93 octane gasoline on stock cubes is kind of hard to believe??
2 week Prior the car did 874WHP
Fast forward 6/18 on a 90+ day with humidity we did a pull with 3.25 and it made 862whp, let the cart cool down and we put the 3.00 pulley on which made 903whp. Josh at HHP gave me the pros and the cons of leaving the 3.00 pulley on and the risk didn't out weigh the reward so we switched back to the 3.25 pulley.

That’s damn good for 93. Best I was ever able to get on 93 was 17 lbs of boost on a IHI 2.4 made 855 wheel with a M6 and Josh tuning. Could the Kong be consuming that much less HP than the IHI?
