That’s damn good for 93. Best I was ever able to get on 93 was 17 lbs of boost on a IHI 2.4 made 855 wheel with a M6 and Josh tuning. Could the Kong be consuming that much less HP than the IHI?

Disclaimer I built the motor to handle 1200+ but I am still on 93 pump, I drive this car daily so I wanted a reliable street car and when i want to turn it up I can by adding bigger injectors. I drive my Hellcat everywhere she doesn't sit in the garage. I drove it 4hrs away to HHP to have it retuned and drove back all in the same day and the blower did GREAT. Below is my setup and what it made on HHP's dyno. So if any is looking to add this blower here is something to look at and gauge. It cost me a little over $8K for installation and tuning

I have a Kong 2650 on the way and would like to reuse my 2.4IHI on another project car. Could you please confirm that if someone does not want to scavenge parts from their factory blower, they need to get the following parts:

• IHI Supercharger Lid
  • 21x Supercharger lid bolts (5x long bolts in center of lid & 16x short bolts around perimeter of lid)
  • Lid gasket (#1 in the picture)
  • Green bypass valve gasket (#2 in the picture)
    • EDIT: Wrong gasket identified. It should be the green o-ring to the right.
  • Bypass Valve
  • Black donut gasket sealing bypass valve to the snout (#3 in the picture)
  • Green rectangular gaskets that sit underneath the lid (#4 in the picture)
• IHI Intercooler Bricks
  • Orange end cap gaskets (#5 in picture)
  • Blue o-rings to seal to bricks to the intercooler manifold (#6 in the picture)
  • Metal hold-downs and bolts that secure the bricks to the supercharger casing (#7 in the picture)

Just sold a lid, set of bricks with orange silicon gaskets and hold downs, and bypass black seal.

I have a set of bricks, and another set of bricks with hold down bars and orange end seals. I also have a few bypass valves and gaskets. Message me if interested.
