That’s fast for sure, but wouldn’t trade my Redeye for any electric car. I love the sounds hellcats make and the feel of the trans shifting, just can’t get those things with electric cars.

That's because ICE cars with our old ICE stuff demands a driver's attention. That car will do nothing unless it is prompted into action by the driver. Shifting, traction... intentionally losing traction... all a connected driving experience.

I respect the effort and commitment. I just don’t understand it at all. What an unusual goal. But I think we all know how crazy passionate some people are about Tesla’s in particular… I guess was just a matter of time before someone who’s all about it would go to those extremes for the record. Definitely not for me.

One of my most memorable shout outs was at 6:45 AM on my way to work in my trackhawk, a middle aged gentleman in a Tesla ‘SUV’ pulls up to the stop light, and he is way more pumped than anyone should be at 6:45 in the morning. He beckons me to roll my window down and was like, “that is awesome!! That thing sounds amazing!!” I was a little embarrassed as I had no idea how to respond lol. Is it a compliment to Tesla owners how quiet their ride is?
