Ordered 31MAR - over MSRP and paperwork shows that, not VIN matched, CF waiting list, full graphics, NO hole in roof, one cloth seat

Shipment date is typically the day after it starts production, but no Demons are shipping so unless something changes in the next two weeks I would expect you to start production around the 14th or so and then sit waiting like the nearly 1000 already built Demons at the factory, until they finally release them to start leaving the factory.

Keep in mind this is Mondays release which includes the weekend since they dont release Build Sheets on Saturday or Sunday so this roughly 25/day average.

Yes and I love how Tim said they lose money on every set of carbon fiber wheels they sell so to offset the cost of the wheels they made the sunroof option 10K.

Chevy doesn't let you get a sunroof on their 1LE Camaros
Dodge could have just raised the price of the CF wheels to 20k or whatever it needed to be. Or offered a CF pack and charged 25k for the wheels and some CF interior trim pieces. Think CF Track Pack on the GT500.

You are expecting a lot from a company who woefully underpredicted CF demand and literally ran out of product on day 1 of ordering. I think they are doing this D170 by the seat of their pants. Lots of issues cropping up before the cars ever leave the plant.

Totally agree.
It was a huge rush job from the start the way it looks.
I'm honestly surprised they have built as many as they did.

Yup and that's why so many friends and my son told me keep the OG and forget the 170 cause its been a shit show from the beginning and they predicted only to get much worse. I didnt listen! To go from testing to production in 6 months is asking for problems. I get that the car itself is essentially the same so no issues there but we got the "demons" or should I say gremlins to deal with down the road. And lets I am wrong about that!

I saw him post a few times this way previously - the numbers he posts for each color doesn't Always add up to the total being scheduled for build that day. He doesn't know the colors on all of them from his initial data sometimes until as the day goes on and/or day is over for some reason. Occassionally he will update the numbers for that day multiple times on FB during the day.

Thank you triple_B! For those who care, my car has pretty much every option, including all seats, red interior, carbon fiber wheels, full satin, AND the hole in the roof.

Like all of us, I was wondering how many cars would actually get built, and if mine would be one of them. Best wishes to all of you waiting on pins and needles. Congrats to those with built cars.

My dealer's statement last Monday of my car shipping on October 6th certainly appears doable at this rate...but as noted, it seems all cars are being held until early November.
